I have to say that I really enjoy this workout. It is so much fun and I look forward to doing it everyday. I seen results after the first 2 weeks of doing it daily. I like the 20 min work out express and then I add on some of the sculpt and tone workouts to it. Have fun and enjoy yourself!

I LOVE doing Zumba! I am a big fan. I was looking for something fun to do on the days when I'm not doing Tae Bo, and Zumba DEFINITELY fits the bill. I am a huge clutz and not a dancer by any means, but I've still managed to do all the steps and figure out Zumba. I love all the different workouts in the set. They get my heart rate up so I really feel like I'm getting a good workout, but the workouts are also so much fun that the time goes by quickly. I always feel refreshed and energized afterward instead of tired. The music is great. Buy these! You won't regret it.

I am an uber fit senior recovering from a year long lay-up from a back injury resulting in 4 herniated discs. I've just begun slow, short hikes and weight lifting and added Zumba to my repertoire. It's an absolute blast. For those with back pain, you can still enjoy a fun basic workout while avoiding the routines where there are some jumps and hops. I didn't break a sweat or breathe hard, but the stretching is so much fun and the music is habit forming.
Most of the dancers in the videos obviously hit the gym regularly to be in the shape they are in, so don't be fooled into thinking that, YES, YOU can look like THEY do if you Zumba daily. If you buy the Zumba set with the expectation that it is only an adjunct, you won't be disappointed.
The set--which comes with four DVDs and six total workouts--will work your body from head to toe, starting with the basics and then moving to your favorite targets, such as your core, thighs, and abs. The set also comes with maraca-like toning sticks to add some muscle to your body sculpting routines. The DVDs include the following workouts: Zumba Fitness Basics Workout, Zumba Fitness 20-Minute Express Workout, Zumba Fitness Sculpt & Tone Workout, Zumba Fitness Cardio Party Workout, Zumba Fitness Live! Workout, and Zumba Fitness Flat Abs Workout.
About Zumba Fitness
Celebrity fitness trainer "Beto" Perez stumbled upon the concept of Latin-inspired dance fitness in his native Cali, Colombia, in the mid-'90s. One day, he walked into his aerobics class and realized he had forgotten his aerobics music. Thinking quickly, he grabbed some tapes from his backpack, which included the traditional Latin salsa and merengue music he'd listened to all his life. Although it was tough to improvise a whole class on the spot, Beto rose to the challenge and gave birth to a revolutionary new concept in fitness: the Zumba Fitness Party. The class soon became the most popular class at his fitness facility. As of July 2009, the Zumba program is being taught at more than 50,000 locations in 75 countries, has sold millions of DVDs, and has changed the lives of Zumba fanatics worldwide, with an estimated 6 million participants taking Zumba classes every week.

If I take 4 walks per day and wish to know the total for each walk, how do I set the distance back to zero at the beginning of each walk w/0 doing a complete reset?
If I understand the note at top of page 19' it resets the display to 0 at 12:00 am automatically which is not what I want. I want to be able to see each walk distance.

~ September 3, 2010 ~ Capt'n Bob from Lincoln, CA USA said:Reset Button Removed
Although they haven't changed the model number it appears the device currently shipping no longer has a reset button on the front. That button would reset the device to zero for today, like if you wanted to measure a particular hike.
If you look at the product picture that Amazon has, that is a correct representation. However, if you look at the user pictures, or google for a manual you see that previously the product had four buttons on the front, one of which was that reset button.
I'm guessing some people were pressing that button by mistake and losing part of their day's activities so Omron decided to remove it. That's fine, except now if you want to reset the display to zero you have to stick a pin in the reset hole on the back, and then enter all your data again...time, stride length, weight.
Does this matter. To me it's a pain in the neck, but to most of the people who use the device it may be just fine since what they really want is to measure their total activity for each day, not a particular walk.
(Of course for a single walk, you just look at the display before you leave and subtract that reading when you are done.)
Seems like Omron could have designed a different reset button that was harder to press by accident instead of eliminating it entirely.
Whatever, it's not a huge deal, I just thought people should be aware of this.
Aside from that the device seems fine, and that is covered by lots of other reviews, so I won't repeat them. I just gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of my own needs. I also think they should have changed the model number when they removed that button.

I purchased this pedometer in July! It's really easy to use and very lightweight. I like it a lot, but have noted it will fall off your belt if you don't make sure it's on there very tightly. Also, it doesn't count all your aerobic steps, yesterday it didn't count them for the first 3000 steps. But I still like it!

I purchased two of these early this summer. I found it to be easy to set up and very accurate. Within two weeks the digital readout started to malfunction leaving only a portion of the numbers legible. I paid for the return of it and another was sent to me that has worked well. The 2nd one, received as part of the original order, worked well for two months and then the same thing happened. Neither problem occurred after dropping it or other possible answers. I replaced the battery but the display continued to malfunction. When contacting the company, since it was under warranty, I was told I would need to send it back at my expense, pay another $8 for their costs and they highly recommended that I insure it as well. After realizing the cost I was incurring at this point was almost to the point of what I had paid originally - I decided to give up and try a different brand.
~ August 30, 2010 ~ Retiree from Fayetteville, AR said:Can't insert battery
The screw for the battery compartment does not seem to be an isolated problem. The screw for the battery cover is an extremely small Phillips head. There is a flat piece of metal provided with a tab on each end. This supposed to be the screwdriver. Ordinarily this might work. But in this case the tab is too long to fit in the cross-slot. Therefore the screw cannot be removed so the battery can be inserted. I have jewelers screwdrivers but doubt they would work because the cross-slots are so small they appear nearly round. Makes it difficult to screw in or out.
It's a shame because the product looks and feels good. But with no battery it is no better than a paper weight, in fact not that good. It's not heavy enough to hold paper down.
There are MANY other ways to secure a battery compartment. Too bad they didn't choose one of them. I have sent this thing back to Amazon. Don't waste your time or money on this product.

Am enjoying this water bottle. It replaced a Sigg, which dented quite easily. The violet color is great. The base is small enough to fit into holders easily (in the car, golf cart, etc.). The only thing that is "different" is that it "chirps" when you drink from it. It must come from the small air hole in the top. It drives my daughter crazy when she uses hers, but I don't mind it at all! It's fairly quiet, but it definitely "chirps" !! The 27-oz. is a good size and I don't have to keep refilling it often. Very happy with purchase.
~ August 30, 2010 ~ kalyson from Sacramento, CA USA said:Hate these things.
Ok, they get one star for being attractive. And one more for using safe materials.
But they are horrible beyond that. I am shocked that anyone thinks they are any good.
They let more air than water in through the nozzle, and they make a loud, bizarre whistling noise. And if you try to remove the white stopper to get better water flow they will leak water all over you.
Yes, they do fit bicycle bottle holders, but if you buy the painted ones the paint will scrape off immediately when you take them in and out of the bottle cage (unless your cage is plastic - not sure about that).
AND - the little nozzle WILL NOT STAY OPEN! If you try to drink it will slide shut when it is barely touched. If you are standing very, very still and not moving and concentrate very hard, you can kind of hold it open with your teeth or lips and try to suck the water that way. Then it will probably stay open.
But of course, you are just going to get mostly air anyway, especially when the bottle is not completely full.
Sending ours back.

I've had this bottle for 2 months now and it has one tiny ding in it but otherwise looks like new. It has held up remarkable well to considering I take it everywhere, certainly much better than other bottles I've had or seen in the past. I bought two 40 oz bottles with the sports cap. I use the Klean Kanteen Stainless Steel Water Bottle Shoulder Sling (40-Ounce Bottles) with these bottles.
Pros:
They are lightweight, even when full.
The sports caps I received with my bottles make drinking easy. (To other reviewers who say these make noises when drinking from them: these don't chirp if I hold it so the loop part is up.)
Stainless steel bottle is durable.
Cons:
Cold liquids cause the bottle to perspire. Be prepared for a damp pant leg if you carry this using the sling.
With the sports cap, if the bottle is tipped over, it leaks, even with the outer cap on.
For anyone that cares, the two bottles are slightly magnetic. Small fridge magnets do stay on the bottles when placed on there. Apparently, this is expected because of the Klean Kanteen manufacturing process.

Just got this in the mail today. Product is light, attractive and large enough for plenty of fluid (I have the 18oz version, plenty big.) Everything seems well made and sure to last a while as it is stainless steel. I prefer the Klean Kanteen to other manufactures because of the stripped down nature of it. The stainless steel look is perfect, very utilitarian inside and out. I don't really want or need paint, designs or special caps. Just hold my water for me. I'm sure it will do that for a while.
Klean Kanteen bottles do not have to have a special lining like some other metal bottles, and they won't ever leach nasty tastes or chemicals into your drinks--no matter how many years you use it. The large-mouth design makes it easy to pour in ice cubes or a smoothie packed with frozen strawberries. It's also easy to clean--just scrub it out with white vinegar and baking soda (or mild soap and water), or load it in the dishwasher. It's topped by a polypropylene looped cap that makes it easy to grab on the go. All Klean Kanteens are backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Klean Kanteen bottles come in several sizes:

Can I put hot liquids in my Klean Kanteen?
No. Klean Kanteen bottles are single walled and not for use with hot liquids. Warm beverages can be used at personal comfort level. The single-walled construction allows for more volume and the option to put your Kanteen on a flame.
Can I put my Kanteen in the freezer?
We do not recommend it and it will void the one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Can I put my Kanteen on a stove?
In a pinch, the Kanteen can be placed on fire or a stove. Beware not to melt the plastic lid or burn yourself.
What is stainless steel?
Stainless steel is an iron-containing alloy made from some of the basic elements found on earth: iron ore, chromium, silicon, nickel, carbon, nitrogen, and manganese. Properties of the final alloy are tailored by varying amounts of these elements. There are more than 57 stainless steels recognized as standard alloys on the market. Klean Kanteens are constructed from high quality sanitary grade 304 stainless steel which has a low nickel content. Stainless steel has excellent resistance to stain or rust due to its chromium content making it a material of choice among the food processing, dairy and brewery industries. Stainless steel is easy to clean, durable, inert and sanitary.

I'm very picky about my water bottles, but I think I found "the one." I got the 32 oz. black one with bite valve, and I know that drinking two of them a day will get me my 64 oz. daily requirement. It's fun to drink from the bite valve, but you really gotta suck on it. Luckily, you can interchange other Camelbak caps. It's definitely spill-proof. Love the carry handle. A bit hard to clean the bite valve, but I take a q-tip and that works. Very happy with this bottle.

~ August 19, 2010 ~ FroggyM from Washington, DC said:Pretty good
I used the .75 size version of this product three times a week for almost two years before it needed replacing. It started to make a "farting" noise when I would drink from it, which is kind of embarrassing, so now I'm replacing it with a new one. I use this as my water bottle for the gym. I really like how I can hold it on my pinky finger via the little handle, as opposed to having to grip it with my hand as I walk around the gym. I like how it seals up, so that I can toss it in my bag. It sometimes leaks a bit, though, when I store it on its side. But, again, it's two years old. I run it through the dishwasher about once a month. Otherwise I just use hot water.
The one downside is that you can't drink a ton of water quickly from it. With a plastic water bottle, I squeaze the bottle and drink a lot of water within 2-3 seconds. This camelbak doesn't allow you drink a huge volume of water as quickly. But that's not a problem for my purposes.
The 1L size of this product is too big to fill up via drinking fountain at the gym. It's also too heavy to put on my pinky finger. The .75 size is perfect for my needs.
One thing: you do look somewhat silly drinking out of this product. You're basically sucking a nipple, and you don't tip the product while drinking, so it's not even obvious that you're drinking water. Kinda weird, but I don't care.

Placebo effect or not, the thing works for me. No amount of skeptic or "hater" or person who thinks they're smarter because they're a skeptic can say anything to change my mind because I am an adult person who knows the difference between being in pain and not being in pain.
I am not in pain. Being in pain SUCKS, we all know this. We've "tried it all" so what's the harm in trying this? Being out a few more bucks? Go buy some more Vicodin, then.
Yesterday, I was a wreck at work (on my feet for eight hours) and could hardly walk without level 7-8 pain (at 35 years old) and fell asleep the second I got home from work because I hurt so bad. Today, with the band, I an 100% pain free and can hardly believe it. I am not afraid to walk or bend or wake up in the morning now. I am not in need of medication that will tear up my stomach or kill my liver.
Is this really so wrong? To feel relief from pain? Skeptics, go take a hike.

Isn't that really all that matters anyway? I bought one of these back in April to improve my workouts. I really didn't notice a change but I haven't taken it off since then because I'm afraid if I do I might fall over. I wear a black one just like David Beckham. For a trendy accessory PowerBalance is worth the money. As a sports improvement device though, it's a bit overpriced.

This is a great band to wear, simply for the topic of conversation. I took it apart, and I remain a skeptic as to effectiveness of the hologram.

Received my items just a few days after ordering (much quicker than promised). I received what I ordered. Highly recommend this seller.

They do stink a bit and are quite oily, but you know... not so bad. I guess everything will depend on your tolerance level to put up with that. The smell does lessen after a couple of weeks.

Everything is perfect, except the Amazon shipping option is petty bad!! because the ONTRAC shipping company are don't have any notice to leave a package in my apartment front doors! WTH???? anyways, shipping taken 2 business day by Amazon....
The case left corner are broken, not much worry about!

It's a nice set of weights. Easy to adjust to the weight you need. I would definitely recommend that you also use a good pair of weightlifting gloves with these or the rough finish on the handles will be hard on your hands. Other than that, this is a good recommended product. Plus it was free shipping on Amazon, was suprised such a heavy product would ship right to your doorstep for free.

Aside from the misleading label, I think it was a pretty good set of Dumbbell. Obviously, I need to pay a little more for separate plates to increase the weights.
Ok, here is the math: 4x5pds=20pds, 4x2.5pds=10pds, and 2.5pds for EACH of the TWO handles = 5pds --> 20+10+5 = 35
But the claim is "Cap Barbell 40-pound Dumbbell Set"!!
Another thing is the smell. It was unbearable when they first came. But after I cleansed it w/ water and then put them (not the handles) under the sun for a day, they are fine now. I saw some people complained about the oil on them, but I found nothing.
Designed for high-performance comfort, the Cap Barbells feature ergonomic grips, comfort handles, and rubber trim collars. The durable cast iron plates have a semi-gloss finish for long-term rust- and maintenance-free use, and the collars are threaded for a safe and secure fit to the handles. The carry case is not bulky, measuring just 20 inches long by 9 inches wide, and weighs 41.15 pounds in total.
Specifications: Durable cast iron plates Two 5-pound handles Four 2.5-pound plates Four 5-pound plates Semi-gloss finish Threaded collars Rack storage system Dimensions: 20 x 9 x 8 inches (LxWxH) Overall weight: 41.15 pounds

I like having this product on my keychain. It definitely makes me feel safer. I also like that it's easily removable - pepper spray can't be taken into large events (security will take it from you), so it's easy to just unclip and leave in the car when necessary. I've only accidentally sprayed it once, which is incredible for me because I fiddle with everything, so the closing latch is pretty secure. And aside from the safety factor...it's PINK! I actually get a lot of surprised compliments from people - including dates.

Got it very quick. Haven't had to use it but I tested it outside, everything seems to work fine. Lets hope I don't have to use it! But I like knowing I have it. Good size & stylish.

This SABRE product was purchased as a gift for a real estate agent - she now happily carries it at ALL times. Its pink case makes it more attractive, and subsequently more likely to be carried in hand/in the open (Sitting at the bottom of a purse is often useless). The size of the spray/case is reasonable, and it is light enough to attach to any key chain & carry. Great product for women who are reluctant to carry an 'intimidating' product...not to mention, the price is right & it supports a good cause.

I am a college student who takes mostly night classes. I did a lot of research before I bought this pepper spray. It came in perfect condition and looks exactly like it did on the website. I have not had a chance to use it (I hope I never have to), but knowing I have it makes me feel better when walking alone. I did test it out in an open field away from everyone to see if it works and I had no problem with spraying it or putting the safety on. It fits in my purse and I have it on my keychain.

My girlfriend recently moved downtown to a fairly sketchy neighborhood. Not of age to own a gun, I went with the next best thing: Pepper Spray. I read pepper spray is better than mace and just dominates the attacker to I went with this. Test spray went perfectly. The handy key chain allows for easy carry and no excuse to not have it at all times. Hopefully she never has to use it, but just in case she'll be taking down her assailant and making them feel retarded with this pretty pink pepper spray.
